HC Tipper and Dog Driver

The Company

Our quarrying business, East Arm Resources based in Hillwood, produces and supplies aggregates, crushed rocks, and speciality products throughout Northern Tasmania and beyond.

The Role

Due to internal growth, we are currently seeking an ongoing full-time HC Tipper & Dog Driver to work at our East Arm Quarry at Hillwood, reporting to the Quarry Supervisor this role is perfect for a driven, passionate person who wants a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic environment.

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • Transportation of quarry materials to sites/yard or mobile plant in a safe and timely manner.
  • Ability to operate tip trucks, front end loaders and water carts in a safe manner.
  • Carry out a daily inspection of the truck and trailer for any safety or maintenance issues.
  • Follow fatigue management system.
  • HC licence mandatory. MC licence preferred.
  • White card.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good safety focus/awareness.
  • Experience operating dump trucks, front end loaders and, or excavator.
