The Opportunity

We're looking for a dedicated 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their trade skills alongside experienced technicians, while complementing their TAFE studies with real-world experience across diverse project environments

Key Responsibilities (as part of a supervised team)

  • Assist with the installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Perform routine service checks and maintenance
  • Support fault diagnosis and repairs
  • Help with component replacements
  • Ensure tools and equipment are clean, safe, and ready for use
  • Follow all WHS procedures and safety protocols
  • Record job details and documentation with accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • Enrolled in Certificate III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, having completed at least one year
  • Minimum 1 year paid field experience
  • Passion for the HVAC-R industry and a strong desire to grow
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to both work and studies
  • Able to follow direction and contribute to a team environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Valid NSW Driver's Licence (Green P or higher)
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Own basic hand tools (advantageous)
