Operations Analyst

This investment will scale Vault's SECRET Cloud and introduce new services such as the AUKUS cloud capability, directly addressing Australia's strategic national security demands. We are looking for a
Level 1 Cloud Operations Support and Service Desk resource
to join our team, providing essential support for mission-critical tools that underpin Vault's classified cloud environments. In this role, you will assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure, high-stakes systems vital to national security, while supporting the next generation of government technology. Based in our Canberra office, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Australia's cyber defense efforts in the digital domain.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing our customer with an outstanding experience by helping to capture the demand for incident resolution and service requests.
• Adequately assess customer tickets and resolve in line with Vault processes. If unable to resolve at first point of contact effectively escalate to the relevant person.
• Systematically observe services and service components and record and report selected changes of state identified as events and resolved as required.
• Ensuring that services achieve the agreed and expected levels of performance.
• Fulfill services request and administration of cloud operations, including access management and networking

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate with:

• The scope of this role requires an Australian Government Security Clearance; therefore, applicants must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• 2 Year + experience in Service Desk, NOC, EOC or Technical Support
• Background in Linux environment administration
• Infrastructure & Networking exposure in a similar role
• Flexibility and availability to participate in a 24/7 roster
• Experience in Operational Environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
