Gore Earthmoving is a well-established and respected earthmoving company based in Goondiwindi, Queensland. With a strong reputation for quality work and reliability, we are currently seeking Plant Operators to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you'll be hands-on across a variety of machines and tasks—supporting earthworks, site prep, road construction, and more. This role is ideal for someone adaptable, experienced, and ready to jump on whatever machine the job calls for.
Plant Experience may include:
- Excavators
- Loaders
- Dozers
- Graders
- Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks
- Rollers / Compactors
- Water Carts (You don't need to operate them all, but experience across multiple is preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of various plant and machinery
- Conducting daily pre-starts and minor equipment maintenance
- Following site plans and instructions from supervisors
- Assisting with general labour and site duties when required
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards on site
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience operating multiple types of earthmoving equipment
- Current driver's licence (HR or HC preferred)
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- High safety awareness and solid communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant plant tickets or VOCs (highly desirable)
