Our client is a well-regarded, fast-growing family law practice located on Brisbane's north side. The team is passionate about providing meaningful support to clients navigating complex family law issues, particularly in cases involving domestic violence and coercive control. With a strong focus on client outcomes and staff wellbeing, the firm offers a transparent fee structure and a highly collaborative culture where people matter.
About the position:
A standout opportunity has become available for a Senior Family Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in private practice to step into a senior-level role with real leadership and mentoring potential.
You'll work across a varied family law caseload including property settlements, parenting disputes, and domestic violence matters – all under a fixed-fee billing model. This role is perfect for someone who wants to do meaningful work without the pressure of timesheets or long hours.

Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years' PAE in private family law practice
- Strong experience handling complex family law matters end-to-end

- Positive attitude, integrity, and a growth mindset essential
