Protech are looking for experienced Quarry Operators to perform work with our client, located in Deer Park on a casual to full time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Immediate start
  • Casual role with full time hours (view to go permanent)
  • Day and afternoon/night shifts are available
  • $40-$45 per hour + shift penalties + super

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate mobile plant - Front End Loader/Dump Truck/Excavator will be most advantageous
  • Load raw materials into hoppers, crushers, and trucks using excavators/front end loaders
  • Perform general yard cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Monitor plant and equipment performance, identifying and addressing issues
  • Conduct basic machine maintenance and safety checks
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Drivers licence with reliable transport
  • 2+ years experience in quarry operation (crushers & stockpiling)
  • Exp operating Front End Loader, Dump Truck & Excavator
  • Sales and face loading experience highly advantageous
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
