Job Purpose

The Tour de Cure team creates connected experiences with organisations that love to inspire

their staff, customers, and business community to cure cancer through engaging fundraising

programs. With the TDC community, our partners have raised over 150 million dollars that has

led to achieving over 220 significant research breakthroughs for cancer.

As the Partnerships Manager, you will build deep and rich partnerships with key corporate

partners who through their programs and events that provide employees with opportunities to

volunteer, participate and fundraise.

Building on your experience in a partnerships or sponsorship role, this will provide the

opportunity to take your career further, by working with some Australia's leading philanthropic

companies. Sitting at the intersection of our marketing, partnerships and events team, your

ability to effectively innovate and execute partnership deliverables will go a long way to secure

future funding and extend our reach to a broader audience.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop strategies with existing partners to increase their involvement in Tour de Cure
  • so that we engage more with their communities.
  • Manage the end-to-end relationships with allocated key corporate partners and deliver
  • partnership properties.
  • Engaging with Value-in-Kind partners to keep them informed of upcoming events and manage the supply of VIK services
  • Identify and support the development of new opportunities with existing partners.
  • Become a Tour de Cure spokesperson at corporate events and functions
  • Project management, delivery and review of corporate programs and events
  • Work with the Tour de Cure team while on tour to deliver all partner requirements.
  • Organising internal and external WIP meetings, collecting and circulating actions
  • Liaising with key suppliers and working with the Corporate Partners to design, develop and produce corporate merchandise and other sponsor deliverables for our events
  • Managing the development, production and distribution of deliverables to corporate partners
  • Working closely with the fundraising team, marketing team and events team to ensure key deliverables are being met.
  • Producing sponsorship documents and collateral to be used in the development of Corporate Partner programs

Knowledge and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate partnerships, events or project management role.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and a proven track record of successfully coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and grow partnership opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a cross functional team and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in a not-for-profit organization or in a fundraising role will be highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management, marketing, communications or related discipline desirable
  • Natural ability to link corporate values, social responsibility and community

Working arrangements

Hybrid working, with the primary office location in Everleigh, and remote working optional. NFP salary packaging available.
