Partnerships Manager – Jade ThirdEye, Product Business Unit
Full-time, Sydney CBD based position
Shape the future. Build what's next. Stop financial crime.
At Jade Software, we don't do average. We're a purpose-led technology company with bold ambitions: to build world-class products that help businesses tackle their toughest challenges. As a proud Certified B Corporation, we balance performance with purpose, putting people and impact at the centre of everything we do.
You'll join a team that's ambitious, collaborative, and united by purpose, striving for excellence together while creating real-world impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our flagship SaaS product, Jade ThirdEye, is at the forefront of our mission at Jade Software, enabling customers to detect and prevent financial crime. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to strengthen and grow our partner ecosystem for our Jade ThirdEye Product.
In this role, you'll work with technology and channel partners to deliver joint value, expand our market presence and help customers stay ahead in the fight against financial crime. You'll be the face of our partner relationships, building trust, driving commercial outcomes, and ensuring partners feel supported and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our partner relationships.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners.
- Drive joint initiatives that increase revenue and customer impact.
- Collaborate with our Product Business Unit teams to align partner activities.
Why Jade?
At Jade, you'll do the best work of your career, and it will matter. You'll be part of a team that is:
- On a mission: fighting financial crime on a global scale.
- Ambitious and bold but grounded in collaboration and learning.
- Invested in you: with growth opportunities, supportive leadership, and the chance to shape the future of a rapidly evolving industry.
What makes you stand out
- 5+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or account management (ideally in SaaS/fintech/regtech).
- Commercially savvy with a track record of growing and deepening partnerships.
- A natural collaborator and relationship builder, able to connect at all levels.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of AML, compliance, or financial crime prevention.
If you thrive in a high-performance environment where accountability matters, and you want to join a purpose driven company with global reach, a collaborative culture and plenty of opportunities to make an impact, apply now.

We offer excellent benefits, ranging from a comprehensive health, life, and income protection insurance package, enhanced parental leave, and dedicated time to connect with your community.
Here, you'll have the flexibility and support to thrive, with opportunities to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful solutions, and shape the future alongside a dynamic team.
We believe diverse perspectives fuel performance and innovation and that is where our strength comes from. That's why we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and lived experiences. Your application will be considered based on the skills, experience, and potential you bring to Jade.
