The Opportunity
We are currently seeking several Part-Time Production Operator's to join our Mattress Assembly team at CAROLE PARK. If you're a reliable, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to become part of a company that values quality, safety, and great people.

Your Responsibilities May Include, Based On Your Experience

  • Assemble mattresses using tools and machinery
  • Handle materials including foam, springs, and fabric
  • Follow instructions and safety protocols carefully
  • Conduct quality checks during production
  • Work efficiently to meet daily targets
  • Keep your work area clean and safe

About You
The successful applicants will be hard-working team players who can demonstrate the following:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or a hands-on role is beneficial, but not essential
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Willingness to learn and follow procedures

Upon completion of your training, you will contribute to manufacturing the best sleep solutions on the market. You will join a friendly, supportive team where you are given opportunities to learn and grow your skills, with possible longer-term career options within the organisation. As well as:

  • Flexible shifts – work anywhere between 9am and 10pm
  • Short, manageable shifts (3–4 hours)
  • Monday to Friday – weekends free
  • On-the-job training – no mattress-making experience needed
  • Friendly, supportive team environment
