The Role

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, compassionate Support Workers to join our SIL team and support NDIS participants in both community and residential settings. You'll be helping clients live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy life to the fullest across a 24/7 roster.

Your day-to-day might include:

  • Providing personal care and support in SIL houses (some clients may have complex needs or mental health diagnoses)
  • Assisting with daily activities like shopping, social outings, and transport to appointments
  • Collaborating with clients to develop and follow individualised support plans

About You

You're a people person with a big heart and a strong work ethic. You're reliable, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make a difference.

We'd love you to have:

  • A relevant qualification (Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Cert IV in Mental Health)
  • Experience in complex care and mental health support
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Med Assist Certification (or eager to obtain early in employment)
  • Current Driver Licence, First Aid and CPR, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
