**About Us**:
Heart In Hand Support Services, is a local wonderful Support Service, which has clients all over the Sunshine Coast. Our vision is to see individuals create their best life, one of their own choosing.

**The Role**:
We are currently seeking the amazing skills of Support Workers to assist our clients with many tasks from Social Support, Transport, Personal Carers and Domestic Duties.

We are on the hunt for people who possess caring skills.

Relevant Qualifications include:

- Certificate III Support Services or equivalent
- Blue and Yellow Cards
- Police Check
- Reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance
- Experience working with Dementia in home or in aged care
- Personal Carers

**Job Type**:Casual

**Required Personal Attributes**:

- Good communication skills - good command in English
- Demonstrated flexibility in methods of alternative and augmentative communication, particularly being able to use active listening skills
- Reliable and Responsible
- Flexible
- Team player/able to work in a team
- Calm and emotionally stable; able to handle pressure
- High level of stress resilience and emotional intelligence
- Respectful
- Able to follow instructions and directions

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
