Mobile Windscreens & Tinting has been providing quality and affordable auto glass repair service throughout Sydney and Greater Sydney since 2005. Our dedicated team ensure our clients receive exemplary service. We require vibrant, friendly, hardworking, caring team members that will assist in maintaining the highest standard of service. Our Administration and Customer Service Team is the first point of contact to our AutoGlass customers. In this role you will be supported by a team of experienced leaders. This job will include Saturdays (fortnightly) and Sundays (Weekly)

8:00am- 5:00pm with 1 hour break.

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous strong experience in administration required.
  • Previous experience in Auto Glass a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide support to the manager and the running of daily operations
  • Answering customer phone calls and responding to emails
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and professional front-office presence.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Confirm all customer bookings for the next day
  • Providing quotes and processing leads and follow up of quotes (all training will be provided)
  • Explore customer needs and educate them on our full scope of services
  • Liaise with clients and technicians to ensure jobs are completed
  • Checking invoices against purchase orders
  • Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff
  • Record and update customer data and issues efficiently in CRM/support systems.
  • Handle payments from customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service
