Client Services - Implementation Specialist

Scott Wealth is 8 years old and has a reputation many strive for. We love our clients and our clients love us.

Based in our Fortitude Valley office, we are looking to continue to build a team of professionals who excel in their respective roles, think outside the box, and support each other to grow and continuously deliver excellent client experiences.

We assist our clients to Plan, Nurture and Achieve and believe their success is our success.

What are we looking for?

·  Great knowledge and understanding of the financial planning process

·  Strong implementation experience is a must

·  Passionate about providing excellent service

·  Advanced Xplan is a must

·  Strong communication skills

·  Flexible and professional attitude

What will the role entail?

·  Implementation of holistic advice – this is key for success in the role and is the primary focus

·  Proactively following up documentation from clients, advisers and third-party providers

·  Managing new and ongoing client relationships with regards to client services

·  Assisting advisers in organising and preparing for meetings

·  Management of ongoing tasks through XPlan

·  General office duties such as printing, scanning, greeting clients

·  Other duties as required
