Job description:

Your role

As a Senior Workday Functional Consultant within our PBS - Oracle team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions.

You will play a key role in:

  • Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent & Performance Management, Security, Recruiting, Learning, Absence and Advanced Compensation.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide end-user support during and after implementation.
  • Develop and deliver system training and documentation for end-users.
  • Assist in integrations between Workday and other third-party systems.
Your profile
  • Certification: Workday HCM Core Certification
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Absence, Talent & Performance Management, Security and Recruiting.
  • Experience with business process configuration and reporting tools within Workday.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows, as well as system best practices.
