We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and client-centred Accredited Practising Dietitian to join our highly experienced and supportive team in Townsville. What You'll Be Doing:
Individualised Nutrition Support – Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans to support health, wellbeing, and resident goals.
Collaborative Practice – Work closely with nursing, care, food service, and allied health teams to ensure holistic care.
Education and Empowerment – Provide nutrition-related training and guidance to residents, families, and facility staff.
Quality Improvement – Contribute to menu reviews, food service improvements, and projects that align with Aged Care Quality Standards.
What You Bring:
• Current APD status with Dietitians Australia
• A genuine passion for aged care and person-centred service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous service improvement
