Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and evaluate care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families through empathetic and respectful interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of clinical activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices and excellence in aged care.

Requirements:

  • An empathetic and compassionate approach to caring for older adults.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs.
