What You'll Be Doing

As our HR Manager, you'll lead the charge in shaping and supporting our growing workforce. Your main responsibilities will include:


• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and staff planning across all operational teams


• Developing and maintaining HR policies and compliance frameworks


• Coordinating staff training, upskilling, and development programs


• Overseeing WHS compliance and staff well-being programs


• Managing performance reviews and employee relations


• Supporting payroll coordination and interpreting awards


• Implementing HR software tools and improving HR data reporting using business analytics


• Providing people insights to guide strategic workforce planning

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in HR management Strong working knowledge of modern HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and business analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) Solid understanding of Australian workplace relations and Fair Work regulations Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills A proactive thinker who can streamline processes and support workforce growth
