We are primarily seeking a "Test Automation Manager " to work with one of our Federal client project.

Location:
Sydney or Melbourne only

Role Overview:

Lead and manage test automation efforts for a large-scale federal energy program. Drive design, development, and execution of scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders to ensure reliable, reusable, and compliant automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end test automation strategy across enterprise-level systems.
  • Architect and implement reusable, maintainable test automation frameworks(Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
  • Manage and mentor test automation teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Collaborate with DevOps, development, QA, and federal client stakeholders.
  • Ensure automation aligns with compliance, performance, and security standards.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in QA/test automation with 7+ years in leadership roles.
  • Expertise in tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, REST Assured, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, Jenkins/GitLab, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in federal energy sector projects preferred.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
