We are requiring a qualified technician who can service our customers by:
- Providing relevant and detailed diagnostic and repair information to owners.
- Ensuring that repairs are undertaken at a very high level of efficiency and productivity.
- Diagnostic experience across a wide range of Hyundai and other manufacturer systems and components
- Ensuring very accurate time clocking and allocation of labour to individual tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Automotive Technician
- Master Technician qualification (highly regarded)
- Manufacturer Technician qualifications (highly regarded)
- Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge
- Can do attitude and a willingness to help everyone
- Direct involvement in delivering customer service excellence
- Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
- Able to comply with manufacturer and dealership repair processes, policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment & contribute to dealership goals/targets
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to mentor apprentices
- Drivers license mandatory
- Able to drive auto and manual vehicles
- Reliable and consistent in nature
