About the Role

Join Hastings Deering as an Implementation Specialist, dedicated to supporting our clients to achieve their technology targets. You'll contribute to the successful delivery of Mining Technology Solutions implementations across multiple customer sites within the Hastings Deering territory, playing a crucial role in advancing Technology Solutions within the mining industry.

You'll have the opportunity to partner with highly regarded project specialists and technical professionals across the mining technology industry. You will build your knowledge and be a valued advisor on how to implement the latest mining technologies to improve mining operations. In addition, you will provide advice to customers on how to adapt their processes and manage change, thereby building customer loyalty. You'll monitor advancements in the Minestar technology suite of solutions to collate and maintain knowledge share articles and applicable databases.

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in:

  • Minimum three (3) year's exposure in Minestar or Operational technology solutions or similar within the Mining or Construction industry
  • Knowledge of mining processes and how technology can be applied to deliver higher productivity and safer operation
  • Experience in facilitating the delivery of projects on time and to budget, in the Mining or Construction industry (Beneficial but not required)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - able to understand customer expectations, manage and deliver these within agreed timeframes. Achieve reliable results by utilisation of agreed methods and measures
  • Previous experience providing project planning and scheduling; working with project management reporting tools and systems
  • Supporting our Internal and External Stakeholders throughout the implementation process to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Ensuring consistency and alignment of content with project's technical requirements. This will include creating, interpreting, publishing and consolidating high-quality technical documentation for client-issue
