We're on the hunt for skilled and passionate barbers/men's hairdressers to join our tight-knit team at Bspoke Barbershop Brighton. Whether you're looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual work, we've got a spot for you in our modern, sports-themed shop with a great crew and chill vibes.

Salary: $49,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience and efficiency)

Location: Brighton, close to public transport with easy parking

What We're Looking For:

You're someone who takes pride in your craft, shows up ready to deliver sharp cuts and great energy, and is always looking to grow. We're after professionals with at least 1 year of barbering experience who can confidently handle:

• Short hairstyles and men's grooming
• Clipper fades / Taper fades
• Scissor-over-comb techniques
• Beard trims and shaping
• Bonus: straight razor shaves (preferred but not essential)

Must be:

Well-presented and professional

Punctual and reliable

Customer-focused and friendly

A team player who's open to learning and sharing knowledge
