The role:

  • Join a collaborative quant team of 4, balancing analytical rigour with client-facing confidence.
  • Deliver a mix of brand strategy, NPD, shopper, pricing, packaging, and concept testing projects.
  • Work directly with senior brand and marketing stakeholders – you'll need the smarts to speak their language.
  • End-to-end project management, storytelling, and presenting – hands-on Q, but you don't need to be a technical whizz.

Who we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years' quant research agency experience
  • Strong client management and presentation skills
  • Enjoys the
    pace of FMCG
    – dynamic, fast, and commercial
  • A quant specialist who can turn data into strategy and action
  • Sponsorship is available for candidates already based in Australia
