Full-Time Logistics & Machine Operator All-Rounder

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Logistics & Machine Operator to join our team. Plastic Forests is an award-winning Australian company which specialises in manufacturing sustainable recycled plastic products.

This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a bit of everything – from dispatching finished products to operating machinery and coordinating freight.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Processing, packing and dispatching finished goods to customers
  • Operating power tools and machinery on various production lines
  • Ensuring quality control, accurate despatch labelling and records
  • Booking and coordinating freight and courier services
  • Maintaining production logs and purchasing consumables
  • General factory duties and cleaning
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Forklift license – essential
  • Ability to work morning shift - essential (from 6.45am)
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Explorer, Word)
  • Experience in logistics, dispatch, or machine operation
  • A proactive, physically fit, team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
