About the role:

  • Work with the Corporate Enterprise Solutions Leadership Team and the Corporate Enterprise SAP Replatforming Program Steering Committee to lead and manage the development and implementation of a large scale and complex Information Communication and Technology (ICT) enabled change program.
  • Deliver the CESR Program in line with business requirements and to industry standards to ensure robust ICT systems and business processes that support Health service delivery.
  • Lead and direct a number of Project Managers, Stream Leads and teams delivering project works under the CESR Program's implementation strategy.
  • Develop and oversee appropriate governance and risk management structures for the CESR Program in conjunction with the Department's Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Ensure integration of the CESR Program with other ICT programs and projects across the business, specifically the implementation of integrated real-time electronic rostering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply the Art of Program Management

Experience:

  • a minimum 7 years of senior program management (preferably SAP projects/programs)
  • experience within complex service provider models with a demonstrated capacity to develop, lead and manage effective ICT enabled change management program/projects to successful outcomes.
  • SAP Rise Implementation experience within Government or large and complex environment will be highly regarded.
