About the role

Hangout Barber Club is seeking a qualified and experienced Barber to join our team in Mango Hill, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and a vibrant work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing professional barber services such as haircuts, shaves, and beard trims to customers
  2. Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area
  3. Engaging with customers in a friendly and personable manner
  4. Recommending hair and grooming products to customers
  5. Assisting with the general upkeep and organisation of the barbershop

What we're looking for

  1. Completion of a recognised barber training program or equivalent experience
  2. Excellent haircutting and shaving skills, with the ability to create a variety of styles
  3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to engage with customers of all ages
  4. Good time management and multitasking abilities
  5. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of personal grooming and presentation
