About the role

We are seeking experienced Barbers to join the team at HT Barbershop' in Brisbane. This is a casual role, providing you with the flexibility to work around your other commitments. As an experienced Barber, you will play a key part in providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our loyal customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied with their look
  2. Performing a range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and facial grooming
  3. Maintaining a clean and well-organised work station
  4. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
  5. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2.5 years' experience as a qualified Barber
  2. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary barbering techniques including razor shaves, fades, tapering, scissor cuts and beard styling
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience
  4. Good time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  6. A friendly, professional and collaborative approach to working as part of a team
