The Company

Established in 1988, Complete Pest Control is South Australia's largest independent provider of pest management services. Complete Pest Control is strong, stable and growing.

We provide environmentally friendly pest treatments for Domestic & Commercial premises, and annual Termite Inspections for existing homes to maintain a termite-free environment.

The Role

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Pest Management Technician to join our high-performing, professional and positive team.

In this role, you will;

  • Conduct termite inspections
  • Install termite bait systems
  • Identify and provide solutions to treat a wide range of pests
  • Build rapport and educate clients regarding eradicating and preventing pests at their property

You

Essential Criteria

  • Current Pest Management License
  • Current driver's license
  • Physically fit
  • Willing to learn
  • Able to work full-time,
  • High attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Honest and customer-focused
  • Highly reliable, self-motivated and positive persona
  • Enjoy working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Prior experience with manual work and working with tools
  • Previous history of providing customers with a first-class service
  • Committed to professionalism and continuous improvement
  • Able to support and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Mobile IT literate, i.e. able to use iPad, Mobile phone, text, camera, etc
  • Able to understand and assess client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Open to learning and adopting new systems and approaches in a busy environment
  • Role offer will be subject to pre-employment medical, reference and police check
