Mr Filter is a Trucking, Earthmoving, Mining Supplies Store. Everything from Filters, Oil, Tools, Electrical and SO MUCH MORE. Retail/Wholesale

We are a small Family Business and list over 45,000 Products. For more than 25 Years, our business has started from small beginning's and has grown into the industry leader with "Exceptional" customer service for the supply of parts necessary to keep our Trucking, Mining and Construction industry well afloat..

We are looking for someone who likes variety, not just doing the same thing everyday. Sometimes you may need to jump into multitasking roles when say, a fellow team mate is at lunch or on leave for example.

You will learn about how to look up with ease, parts/filters for Trucks and or heavy equipment and or Cars with what filters are required as well as providing the best Customer experience for our customers. Little to no Interpreting experience required. We have Extensive training on site which will help with every aspect of the role before you go live, so don't panic, we will ease you and when you are ready.

Our company is growing at quite a fast pace, which will create more opportunities for you and grow your career with us. Positions like Management roles and different divisions are some of the things that we have to offer if your willing to achieve them as they come available and present themselves.

Nobody likes to be lied to or fibbed to. We know sometimes life gets in the way and we are more than understanding of this. No need to remember too much when the truth is told. We too have curve balls thrown at us. If you need a day off, all you have to do is ask. Rarely it is a no. Honest with the customers too. What you say and do must be truthful. Most times we would rather know the truth, even if the news is disappointing. We also love people who are on or before time everyday.

When you are confident and happy, customers not only notice that, but gravitate to it immediately. Along with your training and knowledge you pick up and learn everyday, customers will always keep coming back, especially to you in particular.

Team Work

This is a big one. Please, help each other, lookout for each other. This next bit may sound depressing, but the fact of the matter is, we spend 1/3 of our lives working. We will most liked spend more time with the people we work with than our own family, so for us, team work is very important.
