Club Manager Anytime Fitness

We are searching for an enthusiastic and energetic Club Manager to manage a large and newly refurbished club

The full-time role requires the successful applicant to be available for shifts during our staffed business hours.

**As the Club Manager, you'll be required to**:

- Management of the club and its staff/ PTs;
- Managing everyday club operations;
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets;
- Create a GREAT club culture;
- Create Anytime Fitness brand awareness within the local community; and
- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans.

**To succeed in the role you will need to be**:

- Passionate about health and fitness;
- Be flexible in your work practices;
- Understand how to drive the performance of a team to meet targets;
- Strong administration skills;
- Exceptional at communicating both written and verbally;
- Great with people and have exceptional customer service skills;
- Highly organised and have a high level of attention to detail;
- Excellent with computer-related and administrative tasks;
- Experienced in a management and/or sales role within the fitness industry is strongly preferred; and
- A clear Police Check and Working with children check will be required from the successful applicant.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
