About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Account Manager to nurture long-term customer relationships, act as the main point of contact for key accounts and ensure their needs are met — and expectations exceeded. You'll manage customer escalations, provide accurate forecasts to production, prepare customer quotes, and ensure the "voice of the customer" is embedded into everything we do. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building relationships while keeping a keen eye on operational details.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with key customers.
  • Act as the escalation point to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Lead annual account reviews to identify opportunities and align on goals.
  • Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes.
  • Provide accurate demand forecasts to production and planning teams.
  • Monitor and maintain customer data, pricing, and order history in our ERP system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and establish lead times and MOQs in collaboration with production and procurement teams.

About You

You're a proactive relationship builder with a knack for problem-solving. You'll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Experienced in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role (manufacturing experience highly regarded).
  • Confident in managing complex customer needs and negotiating outcomes.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple priorities and staying organised.
  • Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A strong communicator who can work effectively with customers and internal teams.
