The Wholesale Merchandiser Representative is responsible for supporting the success of Hager products across a network of wholesale branch locations in western and north Victoria. The role ensures that branch stock is actively monitored, rotated, and cleansed of aged inventory to maintain product relevance and availability.

Key Responsibilities


• Stock Management & Cleansing


• Regularly review branch inventory levels to identify and remove aged or obsolete stock.


• Ensure stock rotation practices are followed to maintain product visibility and compliance with company


• Maintain visually appealing and professional product displays across all branches.


• Ensure merchandising aligns with Hager brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activity.


• Provide feedback on branch layouts and recommend improvements to maximize customer engagement and sales conversion.


• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to inform Hager's sales strategy


• Act as a liaison between wholesale partners and Hager's internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.


• Facilitate and coordinate branch readiness for promotional campaigns.


• Ensure stock, displays, and marketing collateral are in place ahead of promotional launches.


• Respond quickly to evolving priorities, working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
