NQ Villas Management operates a residential village located in the heart of Cairns, including cabin accommodation and permanent caravan sites set amongst 10 acres of tropical gardens.

To complement this facility, we are currently seeking an experienced and capable handyperson to join our team.

Your Role

In your role as handyperson, you will be carrying out a variety of maintenance and project tasks, including:

  • Maintenance, fitting, painting, carpentry, plastering, tiling
  • Minor plumbing repairs (like fixing leaky taps or replacing faucets),
  • Grounds work, mowing and brush cutting

Essential requirements:

  • Manual Driver's License
  • Previous commercial experience in maintenance, building, or construction industries.
  • Excellent verbal communication and respectful interaction with residents
  • White card
  • Successful completion of a Police Check is required
