Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines using PySpark, AWS, and Python. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in big data technologies, cloud-based data solutions, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines using PySpark and AWS services like Glue, Athena, and EMR.
  • Optimize data processing workflows for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement ETL processes and manage structured/unstructured data in AWS S3, Redshift, and DynamoDB.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in PySpark, AWS, and Python.
  • Strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Glue, Athena, Lambda, Redshift, EMR).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
