About the Role:
This newly surfaced opportunity places you at the heart of a small, expert team based in Perth. You'll play a key role in upholding the highest standards of health, safety, environment, and quality across operations. With a strong focus on crew wellbeing and operational excellence, you'll be empowered to make a real impact in a business that values flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and safety above all.

WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?

  • Circa $120K super
  • Monday to Friday between 07h00 – 18h00, choose the hours that suit you best.
  • Dress code = dress for your day.
  • City location = public transport will be your best option.
  • 5 additional well-being days = your well-being is important.
  • Small team of circa 15 in an open plan collaborative environment
  • Supporting HSE manager with all administrative functions.
  • Ensure all company safety management system documentation is maintained.
  • Be involved in internal audits, document control, hazard reports & more.
  • Coordinate reviews, improvements & implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Occasional incident investigation participation
THE NITTY GRITTY
  • Minimum 3 years in an HSEQ role
  • Degree or OHS qualification (equivalent)
  • Experience in the maritime sector – HIGHLY ADVENTAGEOUS
  • Ability to prioritise your workload & pivot seamlessly toward new tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills – spot the small stuff & highlight any concerns.
  • You're happy to provide or get a National Police Clearance.
  • Willingness to complete full pre-employment medical and LAB DAS.
