The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect Volkswagen vehicle
  • Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of Volkswagen models to potential buyers
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Assist customers with finance and insurance options, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to sales activities
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a customer focused sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales
