Commercial Lawyer (2+ years PAE)

The Role

Due to the continuous growth of our client base, we are seeking a 2+ years PAE lawyer with solid commercial law knowledge and sound foundations in transactions and disputes.

This role presents a unique opportunity to work with one of the fastest moving law firms in South Australia.

About you

The successful candidate will possess the following:

· years PAE;

· Experience advising and acting for clients in commercial dispute matters;

· Experience advising and acting for clients in relation to commercial transactional matters;

· The ability to work both autonomously and in a team;

· A willingness and ability to delegate work and review work prepared by assisting law clerks and junior solicitors;

· Experience with Actionstep, desirable, but not essential;

· A commercially focused mindset; and

· A positive, proactive and flexible attitude.

The Pay

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

A generous bonus scheme is also available to all staff at the firm.
