The opportunity

We are seeking lawyers for our transactions team at the associate level and at senior associate level. We expect the best from our team, and that's what makes us the firm we are.

Responsibilities

• work with a range of clients from various industries
• conduct and/or oversee substantive legal research
• assist with commercial and asset transactions, M&A, due diligence, property and infrastructure deals
• draft contracts and agreements, and provide advice to clients
• collaborate with the team to provide practical solutions for clients
• manage files within skill and experience level, including client liaison
• mentor junior members of the team
