About the Role
As the Safety, Quality and Risk Management (SQ&RM) Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting safe, high-quality care across the Mental Health Clinical Program (MHCP) at Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). Working closely with the Nurse Lead MHCP, you'll help foster a positive team culture, guiding and mentoring others to strengthen patient safety, quality improvement, and risk management practices. This is a role where your clinical expertise and leadership will directly contribute to better outcomes for patients and staff alike.

You will also provide education and advice on the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards, contribute to program and priority care committees, and help develop and report on key performance indicators. With your knowledge and passion, you will empower teams to continuously improve the way care is delivered.

- Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate yourself and others, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
