About the Role

AHP-1  As a Social Worker within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Clinical Program, you'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing recovery-focused care across inpatient, community, sub-acute and rehabilitation settings. In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with consumers, families and carers to deliver a wide range of clinical and psychosocial services, from acute mental health assessments and crisis interventions to family support, rehabilitation and care coordination. With a strong focus on collaboration and person-centred care, you will play a key role in helping consumers stabilise their mental health, build capacity for self-management and maintain their independence in the community, while working alongside a network of committed professionals and service partners.

AHP-2  As a Social Worker within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Clinical Program, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based, recovery-focused services in an inpatient setting. In this rewarding role, you'll draw on your professional knowledge and skills to deliver a wide range of clinical activities including psychosocial and family assessments, care planning, crisis intervention and rehabilitation, while contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives. This role will also offer you opportunities where you will be providing professional/clinical supervision to undergraduate and post-graduate Student Social Workers as well as Level1/2 Social workers and Allied Health Assistants. Working closely with consumers, families, carers and service partners, you will play a vital role in supporting recovery, improving psychosocial wellbeing and building capacity for self-management, enabling consumers to achieve their goals and maintain their independence in the community.
