We're on the lookout for a visionary and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join our high-performing, fast-paced Technology team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind product strategy and delivery — shaping the roadmap, defining features, and ensuring our products deliver real value to customers.

With a passion for innovation and a knack for execution, you'll work across teams to bring ideas to life. From concept to launch, you'll lead the charge in building products that matter — balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

We have offices across Australia and New Zealand. This role will be based out of Brisbane.

Your Day-to-Day...

• Deliver end-to-end execution of new features in the product roadmap, including Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring early concepts to life and deliver impactful features.
• Work with Delivery Managers and Engineering Managers to identify technical dependencies and optimise delivery sequencing.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritising new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with marketing and business teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Ensure transparency across stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, priorities, and business value.
