We're looking for compassionate, proactive, and reliable Disability Support Specialists ready to help us build something meaningful from the ground up.

The Role:

As a Disability Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping Participants live their best lives by:

  • Providing respectful, person-centred care and daily living support.
  • Supporting mobility and independence in line with care plans.
  • Building positive relationships with Participants and families.
  • Being proactive, fun-loving, and dependable at every turn.
  • Keeping accurate healthcare documentation and following all safety standards.

What You Bring:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (required).
  • Working With Children Check (required).
  • First Aid & CPR certification (required).
  • Police Check (current).
  • Cert III or equivalent paid experience.
  • Driver's license, comprehensive car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Right to work in Australia (e.g. Passport, Birth Certificate).
  • Manual handling and hoist training is a bonus
