The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join a leading ASX-listed business during a period of continued expansion and transformation. Sitting within Group Finance, this role offers the chance to work across a broad range of commercial and analytical responsibilities, supporting strategy and performance across the organisation.

Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you will partner closely with senior executives to provide analysis, insights and financial modelling that inform key business decisions and drive operational efficiency.

The Challenge

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews
  • Producing insightful management and board reporting to support decision-making
  • Building and maintaining financial models to evaluate performance and growth opportunities
  • Working with business leaders to deliver meaningful analysis and commercial recommendations
  • Driving continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and planning processes

The Expertise

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
  • CA Qualified
  • 3+ years' experience within a Big 4 or Mid-Tier environment across Audit/Advisory, or a similar background with additional experience in an industry accounting role
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Permanent Residency or Citizenship
