City Presentation delivers a range of services that provide clean, well-presented public spaces in the Penrith Local Government Area. About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional to deliver high-level technical support to our City Presentation Coordinators, outdoor teams and contractors. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for Council's Field Services System, Customer Relationship Management software, and Contractor portal, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional ICT support for mobility devices and system administration
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards and insightful reports
  • Maintain efficient workflows and deliver top-tier customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Offer administrative support that keeps our operations seamless

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in Field Services or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platforms.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the delivery of quality information technology support.
  • Sound knowledge of Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
  • High level verbal and solid written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sound organisational and time management skills with the ability to priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Current Class C driver licence.

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from $83, $96,471.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation, and will be negotiated commensurate with the skills, qualifications and experience of the preferred applicant.

You will be required to undertake employment checks, which may include a Criminal History Check, Qualification Check, Working with Children Check, Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test, as relevant to the position for which you have applied. Where a Criminal History Check is required and has returned a result that indicates disclosable court outcomes, you will be required to provide a copy of the report to Penrith City Council, for review, in order to progress through the recruitment process.
