Location: Penrith, NSW (Mobile role – work in schools, homes, and the community)

Hours: 25–38 hours per week (flexible)

Your Role:

As a Mobile Speech Pathologist, you'll:

  • Deliver therapy and assessments in natural environments – homes, schools, or online
  • Support a diverse caseload with the flexibility to focus on your areas of interest
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
  • Create and implement evidence-based, goal-oriented therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation with admin support to lighten the load
  • Be a valued member of a close-knit, supportive team

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a degree in Speech Pathology
  • Is a member of SPA (or eligible)
  • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Is passionate about evidence-based, client-centred care
  • Holds a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Is willing to obtain relevant documentation (e.g., Medicare Provider Number, Insurance)
