We are hiring for the following roles:

  • Pilates Reformer Instructor
  • Group Fitness Instructor (Strength, Cardio, HIIT)
  • Yoga Instructor
  • Mat Pilates Instructor
  • Sound Bath / Meditation Instructor

What You'll Be Doing in These Roles:

Depending on your area of specialty, your responsibilities may include:

  • Leading engaging and energising group classes tailored to your modality (e.g., Pilates Reformer, strength, HIIT, yoga, meditation, etc.).
  • Creating varied and results-driven class plans that inspire members and improve their overall fitness and wellbeing.
  • Delivering clear instruction and ensuring members use proper form and technique.
  • Creating a supportive, inclusive, and motivating environment in every class.
  • Building strong connections with members and contributing to a positive club culture.

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

  • Relevant certification(s) in your area of instruction (e.g., Pilates, Yoga, Group Fitness, Meditation).
  • Previous experience in delivering group classes (preferred).
  • A passion for health and fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of energy and a team-focused attitude.
