PIMS Group are now seeking motivated individuals with Underground Coal Experience to contribute to the success of this operation for a range of works. Opportunities within the Whynot Bord and Pillar operation are vital to operational success making this a unique chance for seasoned underground coal professional to showcase their expertise and contribute to the common goals of this operation.

Key Responsibilities***
- Currently hold a First, Second or Third-Class Certificate of Competency or Mutual Recognition;
- Ability to comply with the Safety Health Management System, Coal Mining Legislation and all relevant statutory requirements;
- Posses a strong work ethic with a great attendance record;
- Comply with site procedures, instructions, and equipment specifications and limitations to ensure effective and safe use of equipment;
- Have the ability to define and communicate performance goals and provide regular and objective feedback on performance;
- Have a strong leadership ability and be able to problem solve complex situations as they arise;
- Demonstrated Underground Coal experience in a similar role.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 years Underground Coal Experience within a production panel;
- NSW Certificate of Competency;
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures;
- Ability to work effectively within a team and in challenging underground environments;
- Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to each day on shift.
