Position Summary & Primary Objectives
Reporting to the Manager – Customer Operations, Customer Operations, Specialist is a key first point of contact for customers, providing support, information, and advice to CyberCX's customers and positioning CyberCX as Australia's greatest force of cyber security professionals.
The Customer Operations Specialist's is key responsibility is helping the Customer Organisation to be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to their customers. You will be supporting the Account Managers' work with actioning inbound enquiries, support sales transactions with the full cycle of the deal and actioning internal and external customer enquiries.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Efficiently and effectively process inquiries and orders.
- Keep the sales database up to date with relevant information and interactions.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders with sales transactions, including quote preparation, ordering, fulfilling and invoicing orders.
- Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Drive new and renewal business by proactively preparing relevant information regarding opportunities.
- Use negotiation techniques to get the best outcomes to our customers.
- Help the Customer Operations Team to implement changes and continually improve our processes.
- Support cross-functional communication to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Provide administrative support to produce tenders, bids and other sales related documentation.
- Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Diploma level / Cert IV in business, operations, project management or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience gained from working in the cyber security, technology or professional services industry.
- Able to process and manage new business, renewals, alterations, and cancellations to high standards of customer service.
- Experience providing administrative support to produce tenders, bids, and other sales related documents.
- Customer-obsessed and a self-starter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers.
