Warren Ward Refrigeration Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our branches in Newcastle and Cessnock.

With over 40 years of experience in the Hunter Valley, we've built a reputation for excellence in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Now, we want you to bring your self-motivation, honesty, and reliability to our team. You'll have the chance to use your skills in a variety of projects, from health and aged care to domestic and commercial sectors, while expanding your expertise alongside a team of 30+ qualified tradespeople.

What We Offer:

  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of equipment:

    Split systems, ducted systems, package units, air driers, ice machines, cool rooms, freezer rooms, CO2 storage units, and much more.
  • Opportunities to grow:

    Lead and supervise teams, and provide technical support to other technicians.
  • Flexible work arrangements:

    Choose between 8 or 9-day fortnights, with scheduled overtime shifts and occasional after-hours callouts (penalty rates and allowances apply).

What We're Looking For:

  • Commitment to Safety and Customer Service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Trade Qualification.
  • Arc tick Refrigerant Handling License.
  • Driver's license and Restricted Electrical License.
