Duggan + Della are partnering with a well established construction business on the recruitment of a senior legal counsel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with 5–10 years' experience to play a key role in shaping the businesses legal and operational success across multiple projects along the east coast.

This broad, hands‑on role offers exposure to diverse areas of work spanning commercial contracts, project delivery, compliance, and HR – ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and direct business impact.

About you

  • Admitted solicitor with 5–10 years' post‑admission experience, ideally within commercial or construction law.
  • Strong contractual drafting and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives and collaborate effectively across teams.
