About the Company:

We are a well-established and prestigious civil construction company with a strong reputation across WA for delivering high-quality concreting projects. Our core focus is on footpaths, roadworks, crossovers, footings, and slabs for both commercial and residential developments.

With a growing pipeline of work across Perth metro and opportunities on major regional projects, we're expanding our team of skilled concreters.

About the Role:

We're currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our crew for ongoing work around Perth. You'll be working on consistent, structured projects with a team that values professionalism, quality, and reliability.

What We Offer:

  • $50–$65 per hour flat rate
  • Consistent 8–10 hour days (Mon–Fri), starting 7:00am–3:30pm
  • Local work across various Perth sites
  • Opportunities for regional and FIFO work (Rio Tinto, Water Corporation)
  • Work with a respected name in civil construction

Project Scope Includes:

  • Footpaths, slabs, footings, crossovers
  • Road and pathway concreting
  • Occasional architectural finishing (exposed aggregate)

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in placing, screeding, and finishing concrete
  • Ability to form, reo, and pour slabs and footings
  • White Card (essential)
  • Driver's license (essential)
  • MR/HR license, excavator, skid steer or bobcat tickets (highly desirable)
